2019 ATTA Training & Championships

​

The ATTA Training & Championships for 2019 took place at the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre (AGSC) on 18 to 21 Feb 19 with around 65 players taking part. Players had a fantastic two day training package with by our special guest coach Alison along with the two day Tournament itself organised by SSgt Rob Culf, our new ATTA Secretary. 

 

Congratulations to this years Winners & Runners Up 🏆 Results are as follows:

 

- Men's (Open) Singles: Bibek beat Kiran

 

- Ladies' Singles: Hilary beat Rosemarie

 

- Men's (Open) Doubles: Bibek & Pete beat David & Michael

 

- Ladies' Doubles: Rosemarie & Hilary beat Hannah & Nicola *

 

* w/o no show on the day due to work commitments...

 

- Mixed Doubles: Hilary & Kiran beat Rosemarie & David

 

- Plate (Open) Singles: Etude beat Sudin

 

* Appreciation Gift: Congratulations Rob our ATTA Secretary & Event Lead

Many thanks to all the players that took part and to those that helped to run this Event including our special guest coach Alison, we hope to see you all next year and at another table tennis Event soon #BritishArmySport 👍

Lastly a huge thank you goes to SSgt Rob Culf for taking the lead and running a successful Championships along with taking over as new ATTA Secretary, having done all that so well with the help of the dedicated ATTA Committee 🏓
